Notice of Closure: Pool & Sauna “Santeroi” (June 30, 2025)

Thank you for your continued patronage of ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka.

We regret to inform you that our in-house pool and sauna facility, “Santeroi,” 
will permanently close on Monday, June 30, 2025, in advance of the hotel’s closure.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our guests who have supported and enjoyed this facility over the years.

Please note that from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the pool and sauna on the 5th floor will no longer be available for use.
However, the fitness room will remain accessible.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.
